"I'm a food blogger from India who fell in love with the Thermomix, the kitchen magician as I like to call it, the day I saw it at a demo. It's an unbelievable kitchen help, untiring and reliable! The more I use it, the more addicted I get to it.
I looked at it rather skeptically the day I bought it, unsure if I had invested wisely, unsure if I would use it extensively. That was in January 2011. Cut to now, I use it every single day, not once but several times. I'm often amazed at how I survived without it.
My favourite uses include making bread dough {focaccia, pizza, fougasse etc}, all pastry doughs, frangipane, buttermilk pound cakes, whole wheat & oat chocolate chip cookies, tomato soup, mango frozen yogurt, plum frozen yogurt, chicken shami kebabs {including cooking}, salad dressings and marinades, bitter orange marmalade, frappe, watermelon cooler, granitas, and of course daily mango smoothies these days. {You can find some of the recipes on my blog}
